FullSized.ashxAll Marathon race entrants are required to attend the Expo to complete registration for their respective event, as there is no day of race registration.

Advance promotion through Portland Marathon social media sites, as well as radio spots, and local television and newspaper coverage, also assures outstanding attendance. Expo admission is free to the general public.

Fun and informative, the Expo features innovative fitness clothing, shoes, and training aids; food and beverage samples; interactive displays; as well as healthy lifestyle products and services. Everyone is invited to attend free lectures by noted personalities or specialists in the run, walk, or fitness community.

8′ x 10′ Corner Booth (shaded green on floor plan): $1,400.00

BOOTH RENTAL PACKAGE

IMG_0182Each 8’ x 10’ Standard or Corner Booth will be set with:

  • 8’ high blue and black drapery along back of booth
  • 3’ high drapery on two sides
  • One 6′ table, blue skirting
  • Two plastic side chairs
  • Carpeting (color: pepper)
  • One wastebasket
  • A 7″x44″ one-line exhibitor identification sign
  • 24-hour security
  • An online ad in the Portland Marathon Virtual Goody Bag (See example)

SPACE ASSIGNMENT

  • Booth space is offered on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Refer to the online Expo Floor Plan when selecting your preferred booth space(s)
  • Corner booths are shaded green

BOOTH RENTAL PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • Fill out the online registration application.
  • Full payment by credit card or check is required to reserve booth.
  • No booths held without payment.
  • Registration is not final until cleared payment has been received.
  • Booth confirmation, set-up instructions, and Exhibitor Kit will be sent upon verification of your registration.
  • Order forms for additional services and rentals are available from dwa Trade Show and Exposition Services (furniture, signs, labor, forklift, material handling) and the Hilton Portland and Executive Tower (telephone, power and internet).
